First of all, most people are unaware that local law enforcement in cities across the country are nothing less than a private security company for that particular city or town and are not bound by The Constitution or its people through an election process as The Sheriffs Department is. That is truly the actual root cause of the problem with so called law enforcement. A towns city council can literally draft any petty rule or code it wishes, and then start picking the pockets of citizens by enforcing them without any accountability under The Constitution that is the actual law of the land! Not to mention how they create speed traps and then order officers to hide in strategic locations to ambush a citizen that's not familiar with the surroundings. In other words, local law enforcement has gotten away with canceling out The Constitution and their responsibilities under it for some strange unwritten reason that only breeds corruption now seen on a massive scale across the entire country! Enforcement officers are sadly ordered to focus on generating revenue instead of fighting crime and holding criminals accountable! Then they strangely believe its somehow heroic. Its truly a mental illness.
It has become perfectly clear for the above reasons and many others not yet mentioned,
that local police departments should indeed be abolished, and those same budgets
be used for Constitutionally bound Sheriffs to combat real crime! Unlike local police
departments, The Sheriffs Department is bound and held accountable under The Constitution
and an election process if they fail to properly fight actual crime that only truly
occurs when there is deliberate damage to or loss of property of another, a deliberate
act to inflict bodily injury, or loss of life through ones reckless actions! There's
a huge difference between someone unaware their going 7 miles an hour above the posted
speed limit and another person going 20-
When Americans exercise their right to assemble and protest peacefully, enforcement
officers are ordered to arm themselves with batons and shields to help protect themselves
and that's perfectly fine since we believe everyone has a right to defend themselves.
But unlike the BLM protests that destroyed cities, jobs, and businesses without any
accountability, officers were ordered to stand down and almost appeared to be facilitating
it! Then come the justified protests in D.C. over election fraud lead by patriots
fighting for their GOD given rights and "The Constitution" were apposed by armed
officers who proceeded to hunt down and arrest peaceful protesters.who where welcomed
into the facility by local police officers. All these corrupt FBI officers were ordered
by the same leadership fighting only for their power to deny their rights and hide
the truth on the obvious steal of the 2020 Presidential Election! Get it? Here it
is the end of June and those same patriots are still being held in a D.C. Jail without
bail or representation because of the false narrative of a covid-
I completely understand why black people don't like the police. Police departments have a history of facilitating beat downs and the lynching of black Americans prior to 1969 but have since found ways to steer away from those practices. Anyone who has studied American history is fully aware that The Democrat Party was the founding fathers of the KKK, and police forces were used as political pawns to help keep black Americans in chains. Keep in mind that Americas founding fathers drafted The Constitution and distinctly wrote that "all men were created equally" which had already set the stage to abolish slavery! It was the Democrat party and pawns of local police departments put in place afterwards that prevented it from happening as quickly as it should have! The time has come for America to abolish the modern form of slavery by abolishing the root of slavery in America as outlined and described in this article! It is truly as simple as going back to what our founding fathers intended and knew all along! The Constitution "is" and "must be" recognized as the exclusive laws of the land as intended, and that no city counsel, or government entity can deny or step outside the boundaries set forth, without proper procedures to invoke a constitutional amendment! Abolishing local law enforcement agencies and setting a new budget for The Sheriffs Department to enforce the laws of the land as written is truly the only Constitutional and practical solution to the plague that is modern serve and collect law enforcement. Their tyrannic fortress of a totalitarian police state is nearly complete, and as anyone of sound mind knows, those practices have never ended well throughout world history.
